Treadmill
At Life Fitness the product engineers are runners too, so they welcomed the challenge of building a
treadmill that people would want to use instead of running outside. Life Fitness treadmills have
exclusive performance features. The shock absorption system reduces shock and impact to the
knees, back and joints whilst you can get the most out of your workouts with the polar wireless
heart rate monitoring.

Fitness Elliptical Cross Trainers provide a total body workout, dispensing the effort to use your arms
and legs, you can burn more calories with less perceived exertion than other cardio machines, even
more than other lower-body only elliptical machines.

Free Weights
Though weightlifting often brings images of Arnold Schwarzenegger piling on bulk in the movie "Pumping Iron," lifting with free weights is actually a very versatile type of exercise. It can be used to improve balance, reduce the risk of sports-related injury and even help you lose weight. This might
seem counterintuitive, but it's true. By lifting with free weights, you can build what's called lean muscle tissue. This tissue adds to overall body mass, but more by strengthening existing muscle tissues, than creating new ones. Thus, very little weight is added as a result. However, this lean tissue increases your metabolism, as it require more calories to fuel and maintain these new muscles, and this in turn can help weight loss. |
